An Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are truly present

in the Most Blessed Sacrament . I love You

above all things and I desire You in my soul.

Since I cannot receive You sacramentally,

come at least spirituallly into my heart, as

though You were already there. I embrace You

and unite myself wholly to You; permit

not that I should ever be spearated from You.
Amen.
Morning Offering

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,

I offer you all My prayers, works, joys, and

sufferings of this day. For all the intentions of

Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy

Sacrifice of the Mass, throughout the whole

world. In reparation for all my sins, for the

intentions of all our associates, and in

particular for the intentions of Our Holy Father.
